Our Kiosk Systems
Using the Real Time Kiosks System

The fundamental concept and goal of the Real Time Kiosk System is to provide a comprehensive, integrated self-service, over-the counter type transaction processing system.

The complete Real Time Kiosk System is made up of one or more kiosks integrated into a credit union's host data processing system plus an Administrative Terminal for monitoring, management and control functions of the kiosk network. The kiosk features a state of the art biometric member identification system and incorporates a more secure and comprehensive deposit function. The system has the ability to perform all of the traditional over-the-counter member services and transactions, including signing up new members and taking loan applications, either directly through the kiosk or through a comprehensive Internet interface to the host credit unions web site.

The Real Time Kiosk System was specifically designed for the credit union industry, focusing on efficient transaction processing. Credit union industry professionals, who have an intimate knowledge and understanding of credit union operations and the necessary system requirements, designed the system to meet industry requirements. Those same credit union professionals are constantly updating and improving the functionality of the Real Time Kiosks, both at the request of our clients and as new features and technologies becomes available.

A Wealth of Features and Functions

The Real Time Kiosk does everything an ATM does — and much, much more. Because of the secure biometric identification feature, guaranteeing Positive Member Identification the Real Time Kiosk System can allow larger withdrawal limits and access to more secure member data then provided by an ATM or other kiosk providers that simply use an ATM card and PIN. Why, because the other systems identify the card and not the cardholder. For details, click on links below or to the right.
