Our Kiosk Systems
Administering the Real Time Kiosks System
Setting Real Time Apart
The Real Time Kiosk Network Control Program ("NCP") sets Real
Time apart from all other
kiosk systems on the market today.
This robust Network Control Program is arguably the single most powerful feature of the Real
Time Kiosk System.
Just as the kiosk can be likened to a teller, the Network Control Program can be likened
to a Teller
Supervisor — with a host of supervisory, control, security, and reporting functionality.
A Powerful Administration and Control Function
The NCP is a sophisticated software application operating on a Windows NT Workstation platform. Normally
housed in the credit union's data center or operations center, the NCP is used to monitor, update, modify,
and manage virtually every kiosk function, application, and connectivity issues.
The NCP is attached to the credit union's Local Area Network. While it does not directly interface
with the credit union's host data processing system, it interfaces with — and is in constant communication
with — each and every kiosk that is connected to the host data system.
Monitoring the Health & Welfare of the Kiosk System
The NCP's primary function is to monitor the health and welfare of the kiosk system and to put kiosk
management and control functionality at the fingers of the credit union administrators.
Here is a list of just some of the functions performed via the NCP (click here
