Our Partnerships
Trusted and Valued Relationships
Real Time has cultivated strong partnership relationships with many of the largest data processing
providers. In fact a great many of our new sales come from referrals from those partnership relationships.
Real Time's Partners include:
|
Summit Information Systems
Summit Systems, headquartered in Corvallis, Oregon, is our oldest data processing partner. Our first
Real Time Kiosk client, Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union was and is a long time Summit client. Within
the past year Real Time has successfully developed an interface to Summit's new Pathways XML interface
with remarkable results on kiosk stability and performance.

Symitar Systems
Symitar Systems, Headquartered in San Diego, California, is our second oldest partner and has the greatest
number of kiosk client installations. The interface to the Symitar System is performed through the SymConnect
module. The SymConnect module provides a transparent interface to the host Symitar System and the kiosk.
A Symitar client pioneered the first Video Conferencing integration into the Real Time
Kiosk System.

The Credit Union Interface
The Real Time Kiosk System is typically integrated into a host credit union's
data processing system as another teller device with a unique TCI/IP address, which allows the credit
union to perform typical share and loan teller-type transactions for their members through the kiosk.
Most other functions of the kiosk are performed internally in the kiosk system and controlled by the Real
Time Kiosk Network
Control Program, or Admin Terminal.
A typical new data processor interface takes approximately 60 to 90 days to develop. Once an interface
relationship is established with a new data processor, new client interfaces with the respective data
processor normally take as little as 30 to 45 days to complete.
