Company
Whom We Serve

Fulfilling a Two-Fold Mission

The Real Time Kiosk System was originally conceived as a solution for two distinct and specific needs of credit unions:

  • Credit Unions needed a means for remote service distribution in areas where large brick-and-mortar facilities could not be cost-justified or were not feasible.

  • Credit Unions needed a reliable and efficient way to offload routine, over-the-counter, teller-type transactions in existing branch offices to free staff for more important revenue-generating responsibilities.

Our clients report dramatic success in both of these areas.

Cases In Point

PEFCU
Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union (PEFCU, with $400 million in assets and 55,500 members) reports that their seven remote kiosks perform an average of over 7,000 deposit transactions per month. In addition, many of their members have joined the credit union through the kiosk and have never visited any of their traditional branch offices. RHSECU
Janet Harris, CEO of Riverside Health System Employees Credit Union (RHSECU, with $7.5 million in assets and 3,500 members) reports that with her two lobby kiosks ("Money Buddies") perform as many transactions after hours as during normal business hours. (Janet adds, "Furthermore, our kiosks are never late to work, and not one has ever asked for a raise!")
